So, I'm totally showing up to this game late. Hi, everyone. I'm Jackie and I'm completely new.

I'll be bringing Dirk Strider from Homestuck. He's an intellectual cool-dude that likes robots, history, movies and soft plush things. He's the bro/dad??/son??/dude to your current Strider. He's from the future of an alternate universe where the human race is dead and the planet is flooded. The crowds here are going to be a new thing to him. And towns in general. Also trees? It just occurred to me that this guy has probably never seen an actual tree above water.

I'll be taking him from ACT 7, before that door gets open. So he's on a different timeline than everyone else here. Homestuck, ladies and gentleman.

HELLO EVERYBODY! I am Stripe, I am brand new to this game, and I am bringing you John Egbert from Homestuck.

If you are lucky enough to have never even once fallen into the endless pit of horrors that is Homestuck, John Egbert is the main character. He is a dorky kid who was brought up on practical jokes and cakes and really loves his friends a whole lot. He's exactly the kind of earnest goof that would love a Pokemon adventure, so here he is. If you do know what Homestuck is, his canon point is right after completing all of his Retcon missions from Terezi, so it's going to take him a little while to realize this is not some extra bit of Sburb weirdness.

Homestuck is notorious for its obnoxious font style, so I have an opt out post right here. It's also there if you want to avoid John altogether- no offense taken either way!

I'm Jack and I uh. Know.... a lot of you already apparently. BUT FOR THOSE WHO DON'T, HI HOW ARE YOU. I heard your Freelancers were being a little too competent so I brought some idiot here to lighten the mood and ruin everything.

He is Captain (!!) Lavernius Tucker of some ridiculous internet series going on 13 years called Red vs Blue. He's the space marine in the aqua armor that's kind of loud and annoying and perverted and loyal and not as bad a leader as he thinks he is. For those who do keep up with the series, I pulled him from the season 13 finale just before those final few seconds happened because haha what last few seconds that didn't happen ~~until they did~~. Don't believe any lies Carolina told you about him. Whatever she told you, the truth is far worse.

First - Introducing some fresh meat, this dorky ol' fart named Nicolas Brown from an action-packed, very grimdark mafia manga called Gangsta. He's a glaring, cranky individual who fights with swords, isn't destined to live for long, and has a soft spot for kids and birds. He won't need his health-stabilizing drug much while in Route, but he sure will be confused about it.

Hello hello hello again, Route!

I'm Drizz, and some of you might remember me from back when I was playing Veronica here around a year ago. And then dropped... well, I'm back! And I'm bringing a new character into the pokemon world. This is Rakka from the anime Haibane Renmei! She's been lovingly described as a ball of angel fluff, and that's not too far from the truth at all.

The general story is that she's an amnesiac who woke up one day in a world encased in giant walls that she knew nothing about. And then she was given a halo and wings painfully grew out of her back. But it's okay because it's cute slice of life, and life is ~~generally~~ good to her. I heartily recommend the show to everyone that hasn't seen it. Haibane Renmei is a very underrated anime and it's only 13 episodes anyways.

Rakka is going to be immediately post-canon when she arrives, so that means she'll have already dealt with a bunch of stuff that happens in canon. But she also doesn't know much about how a good chunk of the modern world works, and her halo and wings are both going to ~mysteriously~ be missing. So the pokemon world is just going to be chock full of surprises for her.

My name is Ashley and I am...technically completely new here, I apped in during the very start of the game many years ago, but I only stayed like a month or two, so I don't think it really counts. Anyway, I'm going to be playing.......Ashley! Yes, same name, you are reading that right. She comes from the horror game Until Dawn and boy oh boy has she had a horrible night! She's exactly the kind of person most average folk would be in a horror movie, and by that I mean panicky, paranoid, and very much wishing she could be wrapped in a blanket instead.

Hi! My name's Pip, and some of you in this game are dirty enablers. Not that I'm pointing fingers... Suffice it to say the cast here drew me in and so now the rest of you are stuck with ~~Punmaster Fresh~~ Yang Xiao Long of RWBY. A quick summary of Yang is that she's a fun-loving, thrill-seeking, butt-kicking kind of gal and will no doubt get into all kinds of scrapes as she adjusts to such a relatively peaceful world. (Seriously, your monsters don't even kill people indiscriminately? WHAT IS THIS.)

She's coming in from the middle of Volume 3, in the precise moment before the entire show goes to hell in a handbasket. I won't say more than that, and she won't either, since that's going to be reserved for catching up with her sister/teammate Ruby, her teammate/friend Weiss, and that weird girl/no slash remark here Penny.

Still, as a courtesy, if you want to avoid any/all spoilers about the show in general just shoot me a message or include it in your tags somewhere and I'll remember that! ~~I will probably make terrible canon update decisions later. Consider this your warning. Wahaha~!~~

Hello hello! This is Dal, I play Nonon Jakuzure (Kill la Kill), Shuu Tsukiyama (Tokyo Ghoul), and Ginti (Death Parade), and today I'm adding one more to my roster!

So. This is Mettaton, he's from a game called Undertale, and he's basically a robot built for the sole(?) purpose of being a performer and celebrity. He does pretty much everything in the entertainment industry back home – he's an idol, he does movies, he does stage shows, he's the one television star they have, he owns his own merchandising brand/corporation – and he is...absolutely not on the same plane as anyone else half the time, judging from how he talks. Hey everybody, it's Chin again. I was the one playing Teddie for awhile, but sadly had to drop him recently due to a horrible case of voice not cooperating. BUT I didn't want to leave the game entirely, so I've decided to throw in Komasan after having so much fun with him during the 4th wall event.

Komasan is from Youkai Watch (Or Yokai. Or Yo-kai. All names are acceptable.), another monster collecting-type game/anime, only now he's the one doing the collecting. Luckily he's already used to doing human things, he even has a canon human form which he'll be coming in as, but he's not used to physically being human. His human form in the anime is more like an illusion, so he still has to deal with all the joys that come with suddenly being twice his normal height. And during freezing temperatures no less!

HI THERE ROUTE. Name's Possum and I'm coming at you here with Peridot from that cartoon about the space rocks that's all the rage right now. In case you are unfamiliar with her, in essence Peridot is small, nasally, foul mouthed, impatient, poorly socialized, and has a severe case of 'bewildered alien' going on.

...No really. Like. "Used to not know what a towel is" level of bewildered alien.

Yeah.

Just for funsies, here is a very important video of her voice in case you haven't heard it before, so you have some context to what your poor character will be hearing when she inevitably starts screaming gem obscenities at people on the network.

ANYWHO. She was *only just* starting to understand Earth at the canon point that I've taken her from, so switching things up by throwing her into the Pokemon world and forcing her from a body that's a malleable projection of hard light into an organic human body should be a real hoot. I've apped her in as a Rocket Grunt, so I'll be putting up a log closed to other members probably some time tonight or tomorrow to help get the ball rolling, and then hopefully I can get her out and interacting with the non-Rockets soon too!
