He is Captain (!!) Lavernius Tucker of some ridiculous internet series going on 13 years called Red vs Blue. He's the space marine in the aqua armor that's kind of loud and annoying and perverted and loyal and not as bad a leader as he thinks he is. For those who do keep up with the series, I pulled him from the season 13 finale just before those final few seconds happened because haha what last few seconds that didn't happen until they did. Don't believe any lies Carolina told you about him. Whatever she told you, the truth is far worse.
