HI THERE ROUTE. Name's Possum and I'm coming at you here with Peridot from that cartoon about the space rocks that's all the rage right now. In case you are unfamiliar with her, in essence Peridot is small, nasally, foul mouthed, impatient, poorly socialized, and has a severe case of 'bewildered alien' going on.
...No really. Like. "Used to not know what a towel is" level of bewildered alien.
Yeah.
Just for funsies, here is a very important video of her voice in case you haven't heard it before, so you have some context to what your poor character will be hearing when she inevitably starts screaming gem obscenities at people on the network.
ANYWHO. She was *only just* starting to understand Earth at the canon point that I've taken her from, so switching things up by throwing her into the Pokemon world and forcing her from a body that's a malleable projection of hard light into an organic human body should be a real hoot. I've apped her in as a Rocket Grunt, so I'll be putting up a log closed to other members probably some time tonight or tomorrow to help get the ball rolling, and then hopefully I can get her out and interacting with the non-Rockets soon too!

Lastly, I just want to make a quick note that this is my first time playing a journal based game instead of a comm based one, so please forgive me if I make dumb newbie mistakes or have dumb newbie question! And don't be afraid to correct me if I make a mistake.

Hiya, I'm Mozart! I play this gal Botan from Yu Yu Hakusho, Maka from Soul Eater, and Xion from Kingdom Hearts.
2 out of 3 of these gals used to not be human too so hey there's that. Also Xion knew Lapis, so she's familiar with gems just...unsure which one hurt Lapis so that'll be fun.

AND, GOOD GOD YES. I was told that some of Lapis's CR might not be super thrilled to meet new gems :') Hopefully Xion doesn't figure out that Peridot is definitely on the list of people who have been not super great to Lapis.

And Envy is ALSO an awful-but-kind-of-reformed, green-themed, still not super happy to be human guy and I'd love to get CR with the two of them and see what happens!

And that's fine! The homunculi are all very different between versions, but Envy's still a bratty, smirking asshole in both so IT'S ALL GOOD. He's a trainer, but he lives with the other Route homunculi in Goldenrod so there should be plenty of opportunities for them to run into each other! c:
