Ecruteak City raid information

Greetings, Route! As was noticed by several of you, Kimblee made a...not-very-subtle threat to bomb the hell out of Ecruteak City at the end of this week. While the log is going up later tonight, ICly/for the sake of travel planning purposes, the attack itself is forward-dated to the 14th to avoid the Schrodinger's City problem that we had with Olivine back in February (in which Olivine spent approximately a week after the attack in a state of simultaneously exploded and not-exploded before a solution was come to and it ended in a state of...mostly not-exploded, but still sort of exploded).

This is a basic explanation for how to play for those who are going to be joining in, because I completely blanked on doing this last time and it might be helpful this time around – I've been experimenting with running raids a little differently to how I was for quite some time before, and the current thing I'm playing with is closer to what happened in Olivine. It's more interactive, and as such it allows the playerbase and the hero coalition more say over the conclusion of the event; this way, you guys can directly affect the outcome.
