Sooooooooooo, I guess I finally gave up on resisting the huge temptation of apping Madoka to this game. This is kind of crazy, because I already have two cheerful girls - one of them comes from the series full of sad drama, and one magical girl... But it's this girl, so who am I to resist?

This is Nea (player of Winry, Mitsuki and Utau) bringing in Madoka Kaname from Puella Magi Madoka Magica, because seeing reserves from this series makes me do great things on a whim. She comes from episode 12, right before the pink light kind of explodes, sooooo... She will be a little wiser than she's during the series? Got to make Homura-chan proud by not messing up all the time etc. Madoka plz Cheerful, friendly, somewhat shy and nervous sometimes, and emotional... And if you need help with something, she'll help, but please don't feed her to the monsters in Lake Of Rage or something. ...Yeah, no. Don't do that. Anyway, Madoka is a failtrainer, her starter is Eevee and she'll go to Kanto... Because all of my other girls are in Johto at the moment. And hopefully she won't freeze on the long routes, orz.

I'm ridiculously excited to play her, it's not like I've been resisting for months with excuses like "I can't, I have 2 cheerful girls here". Nope, where did you get the idea? I should just pass out already, I'll regret most of this rambling on this post when I wake up...

Hello, Route! Pheebs here, back in Johto (and Kanto)! For those who don't know me, I spent a few months here last year, playing Yuugi from Yu-Gi-Oh!DM, Umi from Magic Knight Rayearth, and Anissa from Harvest Moon Animal Parade. That didn't last from the activity load in the long run, but I'm here again with only one little lady - Mami from Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

For those that don't know, she's from a series that's largely regarded as the dark counter to the traditional magical girl animes, since it includes such things as character death, personal doubts and despair, and a tiny adorable creature leading girls to their doom without so much as a flinch. Oh yes, there's time travel and multiple timelines, too, and Mami joins us from the middle of The Different Story manga, which details a timeline separate from the anime. In this continuity, Mami survives her initial anime death thanks to Sayaka, who makes a contract and proceeds to fight alongside her. The return of former junior Kyoko and Sayaka's own struggles leads the two to part ways, but Mami still rushes to Sayaka's aid when she notices she's dangerously struggling. She arrives in Route before that fight comes to a conclusion.

Mami is a determined, composed fighter most of the time, happy to work with others. That said, she also has some pretty big hangups about failure or being left alone, so keep an eye out for it - she hides it fairly well. She'd much rather have a constructive chat and fight beside the others, thank you.
