This is Ty Lee from Avatar: The Last Airbender! She's friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic, and she especially likes showing off her gymnastic abilities now and then. And she loves parties! I don't actually know anything about Duncan, but Ty Lee not getting along with him sounds pretty interesting! X3

He's a major teenage delinquent with various misdemeanors and felonies under his belt ranging from vandalism to carjacking, and usually an epic jerk to people.

Buuuut he is pretty much completely straightforward with people, and is secretly one of the nicest and most thoughtful guys on the planet. Emphasis on "secretly." Because like hell he's gonna let everybody figure it out, it'd be bad for his reputation B|
