I'm Celes and I'm bringing you all this lovable scamp from Team Fortress 2. For those not in the know, Scout is a very competitive, very loud Bostonian who loves baseball, tacos, kicking BLU ass, and terrible soft drinks. He's going to be a trainer here and his starter Pokemon is going to be a Tyrogue named Champ.
