TRAINER TIPS:
→ This is encouraged, not mandatory. We will not penalize you for not using it.

→ this is more for actual critique and discussion. Please don't just blindly praise a person or just call them horrible. If someone's doing a wonderful job, you can tell them, just tell them why, or even where they're showing off bonus perks. If someone's doing a not-so-wonderful job, tell them why, give them things to improve on if you can. Examples, links, things that can give them something to work on. Meaning, no bashing, flaming, or nasty behavior. Please keep it civil.

I think... I HAVE given plenty of suggestions? If you don't think so, well, I can't really do anything for you. All I've seen from your side is "well there is other stuff to do and you can handwave it so there" which really doesn't help those of us who find it being mandatory an issue. Doing something else won't make it not mandatory nor does it address the issue of it being so.

I'll say it bluntly. Make it optional. Make it optional with incentives. Make it not WEEKLY even. I suggested above, make it so only Execs have it weekly whereas Grunts have it monthly or something. There are a lot of things you could do, and honest to god nothing even needs to be DONE other than it HAS to be done.

Jessie and James, who you brought up, are the perfect example of what a Rocket who doesn't steal might be like. They goof off, screw around, and never steal anything. They're still Rocket members, show up for the movies aka events, and they try to steal when they can.

But I'm done, so say and feel what you will. I offended you or any of the other Rocket players in any way, I had no intention of doing so.

I'm confused. Given the way Team Rocket is set up, wouldn't it make more sense to have the Grunts do it weekly and the Execs monthly? I imagine the Executives would be busier with whatever the Executive duties are.

Actually, I'm far from offended, just wondering why you're insisting on overthinking this to this level when you aren't even in the Rocket cast, as your words have implied.

If you don't like how things are done, don't join the Rocket cast at this point. Those of us in the cast don't think it has to be done. Several have apped in without it having to be done.
