Hello everyone, I'm Minky, bringing in an obscure YA lit character from the series Gone. His name is Howard and he's a snarky, panicky little jerkface. He'll be starting out as a Trainer in New Bark Town, and he's been paired with a female Sneasel he doesn't yet know is his kindred spirit. He's named her Emergency Rations, or Rations for short.
