-- I mean Ikuto Tsukiyomi from Shugo Chara! manga. He comes from the end of chapter 30 where he's supposed to be taken to the Easter HQ but instead ends up here -- in the Team Rocket HQ. Talk about irony. He has a lv. 15 Purrloin (cats, what else) and a lv. 5 Murkrow and he's happy to make friends... ... except he's pretty antisocial with strangers.
