I'm Kelsey and I'm bringing in Izuru Kira from Bleach.  Just not the one you might be used to. Remember that one chapter where they're in the academy and he's full of himself but a total weiner? Yeah, that's when he's coming from. As such he will be...full of himself but a total weiner. Well, sort of anyway, you know, character development. He's edging into depression, anyway...
