He's a 100% sheltered spoiled rich kid who's never seen the wrong end of the silver spoon he's got shoved down his throat. He's bratty, whiny, lazy, kind of a dumbass, and basically doesn't know how to exist.

He's also coming as a new rocket, so if anyone would like to step forward to supervise/help along his training (regardless of missions, really, anyone in Goldenrod will do fine), I'd be delighted! His partner is a Zorua and his secondary starter is a Magikarp. Expect lots and lots of fail, myspace-style camwhoring, buttdialing and abdominals.
