TRAINER TIPS:
→ This is encouraged, not mandatory. We will not penalize you for not using it.
→ Feel free to link your personal HMDs if you would like, just in case someone doesn't want to use the mass HMD post.
→ this is more for actual critique and discussion. Please don't just blindly praise a person or just call them horrible. If someone's doing a wonderful job, you can tell them, just tell them why, or even where they're showing off bonus perks. If someone's doing a not-so-wonderful job, tell them why, give them things to improve on if you can. Examples, links, things that can give them something to work on. Meaning, no bashing, flaming, or nasty behavior. Please keep it civil.

Re: the Calendar. I think it's hard for most plots to be specifically global, since it's a pretty big globe we're talking about. But any plot that invites all members to join or can get a reaction out of members I think should be showcased on the Calendar. I don't want it to just be a calendar that only mods are posting to, but something that can get players involved as well.
As for that mod plot on there, that's when information will be revealed. I think I did a bad job wording it, but rest assured it is not a one-day thing.
The swarms will all be different. This is only the first. I don't think the smaller area would limit who can catch the Pokemon and who can't. I'm planning on having them once every two or three weeks in varying degrees and for different lengths, so they're meant to be on a slightly smaller scale. But hopefully the frequency of them happening will help involve everyone.
Hopefully that answers some of your concerns about the calendar at least.
