SURE IS FATE/POKEMON THIS APP CYCLE
Good...morning, Route, if 7:00AM can be called that - this is Dal, bringing my fourth completely rational human being to Johto. [The other completely rational human beings are Solf J Kimblee (explosivecombat), Jean Descole (scientificflair), and GLaDOS (neurotoxined).] This one is actually not a villain, so to speak, though he's still antagonistic in that he's opposing a bunch of protags and well-intentioned people for the sake of PRIDE AS A MAGE, also trying to access The Force.
...yes, really. They call it Akasha, but details...
Anyway! This is Tokiomi Tohsaka from Fate/Zero - father of Rin Tohsaka, causer of convoluted familial ties with Sakura Matou, bringer of suffering to Kariya Matou, fire-aligned magical aristocrat, and specializing in making the worst interpersonal decisions ever to be made. He believes that all things should be faced with composure and elegance, which is a polite way of saying that he's learned how to werq dat class well enough to cover how much of a socially awkward failure he is; he's very deeply involved in magus society and takes a lot of pride in his accomplishments, all of which will effectively mean jack shit in Johto and as such he's going to have quite a bit of culture shock to deal with.
BUT he's also ridiculously ambitious and he will sort himself out eventually. Once he gets accustomed to the flaming shrew he's been given and generally not being allowed to simply chill in a basement sipping red wine like a boss.
