At least Riku's Toxicroak is there to offer... creepy comfort. Sorta.
And yeah, I enjoyed their unique dynamic, even if Riku is still perplexed about all those pop culture refs.
Btw, would it be all right if he took Shiki as well? She'd be a great help in expanding the Breeding Center's library of bug types. :D
