Hey guys, I'm Cap, new to this game, and I bring you one Flame Alchemist, Roy Mustang. Just don't get him wet, he hates that. He's coming in after promised day and before epilogue material for the Fullmetal Alchemist Manga, and he is less than thrilled to be here.
