Breeding Centre needs help!

Hello everyone!

As you may have seen from Lucy's post, with her dropping Aradia, the Breeding Centre is in danger of being closed down!

For those of you who don't know, the Breeding Centre and Foster Home have always been 100% player run. It's offered a chance for characters to buy eggs for Pokemon it would take forever to get to just traveling around Johto and Kanto, a chance for newbies to get a free egg of their choice to help them on their feet, and a foster home where people could leave their Pokemon if they were leaving the game!

As you can tell, it's a super helpful thing! So it would be a shame for it to close down when so many of us have benefited from it.

Mega (the Riku player) and I have both volunteered to try and keep it running. However, we could always use more help. It's a lot of work, so the more people whose hands are involved means the smoother things can be!

I'd just like to add that we may be in need of donations for breeding pairs to keep a good diversity of species. I'm not sure quite yet, as I plan on going through the Foster Home, but since so many eggs were one-time donations, it'd be awesome to get some keepers.

Keeping the charts updated would be really helpful! Like Lucy's mentioned, quite a few eggs were one time donations only so that's something that needs to be kept track of.

It's something you might definitely want to talk to Mega about, since they're figuring out what our current breeding groups and pairs are.

Yeaaah hi-five. Is there anything in particular you'd want to focus on? I know Mega is trying to work out the breeding pairs right now.

I've really always been awful in the bookkeeping department of anything, but since Lancer's there it'd be silly of me to not at least offer a little help if I can.

We could always use your help for other things! Like keeping an eye on people posting into the foster home and egg areas and responding to them. Then you could give us a heads up, or some such.

Awesome! Is there anything in particular you'd want to work on or think you'd be good at? If you're not good at bookkeeping and breeding shenanigans, we could always use folks to just answer egg and adoption requests.

Rin did work at the Breeding Center (Celadon) when Saber was still in charge, if that helps any. I can do anything that doesn't involve lots of math! Answering requests seems fine by me~.

That'd be helpful! Right now we're still sorting things out like breeding groups and things like that, and Lucy plans to give us a list of what needs updating. When that's all cleared up, however, we'll definitely keep you in mind for egg/adoption requests!
