Wouldn't you like to see something STRANGE? [Interest Gathering Post]

Hey there, routians! As some of you might have noticed, Jack's done nothing but blabber about this haunted bed and breakfast of his for most of the year! It will open this October in GOLDENROD CITY and I will put up an event post that your characters can tag into!

The event itself will be a traditional Halloween walk-through Haunted House with pokemon and a few close friends as scar-actors! I will write up a post describing the kinds of scares that are in store and the general appearance of the house.

There'll be a HARD mode in which psychic and ghost pokemon detect and play up your characters' fears and a path for folks who want a shorter, slightly less scary experience.

But when it comes down to it, you will get to decide the kinds of scares your characters encounter! Just keep in mind that this is Jack Skellington. He KNOWS how to scare people. I'll actually be on Hiatus for the month of October (going to visit Heather-Mun!!!!) but Jack may pop into a thread every once in a while to give a good shreik.

I WILL have a thread with him at the door to greet guests.

COSTUMES ENCOURAGED!!!

Current timeframe I'm eyeballing is mid-October.

This event will work a little like the wonderful prom we had, so it might be a good idea to grab some of your CR before hand!


I wanna make sure this is something folks want before I go and write it up! Halloween gets a little closer every day!

Currently still on hiatus, but Jack will TOTALLY BE THERE for all your Judas Goat needs.

Although how much/soon I can tag will depend on when you actually put up the post. Nebraskon is Nov 1-3, so I'll be out of action that entire weekend following Halloween.

I'm actually looking at mid-October since the Mods usually have something fun planned for us around Halloween itself. Also I'll be on a trip that week too!

THIS SOUNDS AWESOME AND I LOVE EVERY PART OF IT. What, no, I have no bias towards Halloween and all the fun things that can be done during that time. None whatsoever.

That said! Rin will definitely be there!
