He's from Dragon Ball GT, about 10 years (5 if you go by the Daizenshuu...I think that's the difference between the two) after Z. So he's OLD LOL.

Okay! She'll probably only remember him in a 'you're kind of familiar...' kind of way, but no specifics like being a Saiyan prince or whatnot. That Joltik though, she'll remember him in your hair. (what a dignified prince cackle-snort)
