EVALUATE MY BATTLING!

Trainer Tip: play nice and keep it civil.

things to keep in mind:
→ This is encouraged, not mandatory. We will not penalize you for not using it.
→ Feel free to link your personal HMDs if you would like, just in case someone doesn't want to use the mass HMD post.
→ this is more for actual critique and discussion. Please don't just blindly praise a person or just call them horrible. If someone's doing a wonderful job, you can tell them, just tell them why, or even where they're showing off bonus perks. If someone's doing a not-so-wonderful job, tell them why, give them things to improve on if you can. Examples, links, things that can give them something to work on. Meaning, no bashing, flaming, or nasty behavior. Please keep it civil.
→ Anonymous is turned on! But note: anonymous is a privilege, not a right. If it's being abused to bash players, please be sure to let one of us know and we'll step in or freeze threads if necessary. If anonymous is abused too much, it will be turned off for the next HMD.
→ Don't take this all too personally! Remember that roleplay is a game, and crit is supposed to help, not make you feel horribly. No one is perfect, we've all got room to improve. Please keep that in mind.

MOD/GAME HMD

ALSO DON'T FORGET THE FEEDBACK POST IS STILL ONGOING

I don't have a problem with people who tag out a lot, if that's what your second paragraph is saying. I like seeing people being active and interested in the game. My problem isn't with that. My problem is with how I get tags within a matter of one or two minutes, they're often one or two lines and they've been pretty incoherent - and not just in a "my typos make other words" sense, even if that's part of it too. (I do that myself sometimes and it sucks, and I'll bet needing new glasses just makes it worse so you have my sympathy there.) It's also just that sometimes the tags literally make no sense and I have had to ask other people who tag with you often what's even being said, because they're used to reading tags from you and can figure out what's going on when I literally can't, and I know I'm not the only one who's had this problem.

I didn't even realize that this had become a problem and would like to apologize to you, and everyone else who has had this happen with me. I will try to make my posts have more clarity, and honestly? If anyone can't understand what I posted to them? Tell me. I'll try to fix it.

I want to give you guys the quality you deserve, and it pains me to think I've slid off into 'wtf is this?' territory.

I'm reluctant to come to you with crit because quite frankly, you usually don't take it well. I've seen people try in the past and it usually dissolves into you being defensive and insisting that you can't change things, or making excuses for why things need to be the way they are. I don't find you approachable at all, which is why I'm doing this anon and on the gamewide HMD instead of privately.

I don't think I worded it very clearly earlier (ha, irony...) and for that I apologize, but part of the problem relating to speed is also the fact that many of your responses don't seem IC, they seem like a kneejerk response involving what you want the character to do instead of what the character should do. You have a history of flying by the seat of your pants and then looking for ways to justify Obito's reactions later. I think it would be good to keep in mind that no one's initial reaction is going to be IC 100% of the time.
