+1 serial killer

Hi Route! This is Redd (again) bringing back a former character (again), Ryuunosuke Uryuu! For those not familiar with him, he's from Fate/Zero, the Master of Caster, and a serial killer. He's not going to be incredibly open about his killings nor will he be able to kill in Johto, but he'll be obnoxious and loud and prone to talking about how awesome death is just the same. He's taken from episode 13, so he just got done talking to Caster about religion and will happily tl;dr at you about that too!

Oh whoops, I should have mentioned that! Yes, he remembers his previous stay in Route and will be very put out that he's lost all of his Pokémon!
