more silly updates
Hey guys, it's Ichi, player of Souji Seta (tarotcards) and Professor Layton (puzzling), and I've got some new announcements to make about both the Foster Home and Breeding Centre! Just shoving the Breeding Centre into this post as well so I don't spam you guys with two posts.
FOSTER HOME
As you may know, Merlin has been dropped and he has originally taken care of the Foster Home, so the torch has been passed to Souji. I have moved everything from Merlin's journal to Souji's journal, so please come to this new link instead of the old one from now on. If you use the old one, I will most likely not catch it so make sure you got the right link!
For the newcomers, you might be going "huh? What the heck is a foster home, asides from the obvious?" Well, it's exactly on the can, it's pretty much a foster home but for Pokemon. Trainers that leave Route or don't want their Pokemon anymore for whatever reason, they can drop them off at this home. They will all be looked after, fed, given a roof over their heads, and all that. The Foster Home has been set up because some players will like to keep their Pokemon characters still alive and remembered after they leave, like a little memory still left behind.
There are two piles your character can leave their Pokemon in, either the Unadoptable one or the Adoptable one. They are pretty much what they say they are. If you will like your Pokemon to just stay there and not adopted until your character's return or anything, please fill out the form and comment under that thread. If you want them adopted by another character and to keep going on, then fill the form then comment under that thread. Check out the Foster Home in the link provided above for more details on dropping off Pokemon and how to adopt them! If you want to do an ic thread of dropping them off, contact Souji at his Pokegear post right here.
NOTE: If you are dropping and leaving your Pokemon behind, it's very important to fill out that form yourself as I might not be around to catch your ooc post. Sorry about that. 8(
BREEDING CENTRE
Now, as for the Breeding Centre, I've done a complete overhaul, giving it a brand new look! Well, not a complete one but I've changed how the list looks like because gosh, all the bolded and courier font has been driving me up the wall, so I've done this! Also, new eggs have been added so let me tell you what they are:
Drowzee - P800 - five eggs only. Once they're gone, they're gone and who knows when the next batch is.
Lapras - P1500 - two eggs only.
Murkrow - P900 - five egg per month.
Pichu - P800 - five eggs per month.
Skitty - P600 - six eggs only.
Taillow - P1000 - six eggs only.
Totodile - P600 - five eggs per month.
Wooper - P450 - four eggs only.
Zangoose - P1500 - five eggs only.

For those wondering what the heck the Breeding Centre is, it is a business run by Souji Seta and Yosuke Hanamura where they breed a large variety of Pokemon and sell the eggs to different trainers/breeders. Their main centre is located in Goldenrod City and it delivers to anywhere in both Johto and Kanto. They mainly deliver using the box system in the Pokemon Centre's PCs but if your character is located on a route or they want to make it a surprise for someone, they are more than free to request a flying Pokemon to deliver the eggs to them.
NOTE: The newcomer deal has now been changed. All new characters can only one egg of their choice, not including the ones that have an irregular batch of eggs. This is starting now so any comments before this moment, you will still get all three free eggs. Sorry about the change.
