Okay, so somewhere along the line I completely lost Ron's muse, so I'm dropping now.

Frederick and Dinah go to Cheria, and I guess the rest of his roster can be split amongst the PGC.

...Harry can get Ron's Furret. The one that thinks he's Batman.

Oh, jeez. Nothing like adding another noodlemon to the roster. Harry will take very good care of him! But what's this about Batman...?

Ron's furret is named and based on Timothy North from Kim Possible. In the show, there's a fictional character called the Fearless Ferret that North (Voiced by Adam West) played until the show he was on was cancelled. North went crazy and thought he really was the Fearless Ferret, and constructed real working gadgets, until he snapped out of it years later.

So I decided that the North that is Ron's Furret acts like a superhero in the vein of Batman.
