The ponies are coming to visit!

Yes, folks, in our little log for the ponies' trip to Saffron, I've set up a sort of... mini-log? for them to swing by the Justice Ranch, since they've pretty much all got some CR there and there are just so many interactions that could take place. Since I've realized all the possibilities this visit opens up could get a bit staggering, this is just a post for any interested parties to plan meetings/interactions/that sort of thing out.

Honestly I probably should have put this up before I posted the mini-log, but... well, see the post subject. Have at it, folks!

I considered putting in a mention about Albert being Grumpy, actually, but I thought that might be too close to godmodding.

All things considered he probably saw the stampede coming and barricaded himself in his lab with two litres of coffee and half a box of doughnuts.

The good news is he didn't deadbolt-lock all the bathrooms before this magnificent retreat.

As one might expect, Twilight's main reason for coming over to the Ranch is to see Reid. And as anyone who's ever seen a conversation between those two knows, anytime Twilight and Reid talk, nerding out is bound to happen. To be quite honest, I think Twilight could literally spend the entire visit just sitting in the living room chatting with Reid about the most dry topics imaginable if no one stopped her.

So she'll be spending most of her time doing just that, depending on Reid's willingness to indulge her. Fortunately, she's very friendly and quite okay with interruptions as long as they don't occur while a particularly interesting bit of trivia is being shared, so she'll be more than open to anyone wanting to chat her up.

If, you know, the unending barrage of chatting about history, physics, and the Equestrian tax system doesn't scare everyone off.

AJ may join you for a little while.

And just sit there.

Politely.

Having an inner monologue about how she has no idea what you're talking about.

YAY! Finally, a chance for Rainbow to be utterly bored whilst trying to keep from falling asleep as she tries to endure Twilight nerd-speak.

She'll eventually nod off and snore.

Very loudly, which may annoy Twilight to no end.

Reid will indulge her for as long as he's allowed. You have no idea how awesome it is for him to find someone equally interested in everything as he is. And forewarning: he actually did go and draw an accurate map of Earth. And then of the separate continents of Earth. With all the significant topography noted. And then he went and made another map that notes the placement of all of the planet's tectonic plates, average regional temperatures, and wind patterns.

Hopefully, the other ponies won't be bored completely to tears.

See, Reid, this is why she loves you. She'll absorb every last bit of that information like a sponge and still be thirsty for more, and return the favor (though she doesn't actually have such an accurate map of Equestria, sadly).

With any luck they'll find their own Justice Ranch residents to bother when they finally get tired of attempting to follow these two's conversation.

For those of you who are in the know, Rainbow Dash shall do more than just sleeping away this trip to the Ranch: she'll take the opportunity to train and level up herself and her Pokemon! She'll also venture out to try and find wild types to catch and start Kanto branches of Team Dash. Whether it's stumbling around in the grass, fishing in small ponds or even trekking in the snow, that's where Dash will be!

She's quite friendly and won't mind anypony -or friends that she's met- joining her to help her catch new Pokemon friends, come up with names for her new 'Mons -they must fall under the category of awesome, cool and radical!- or generally having a good time.

Be warned: You'll probably spend more than 1/2 the time listening to Dash talk about how awesome she is, how her team is the best even if she currently has no badges and does her best to avoid anything she considers 'sappy.' Whether or not she succeeds in the last one is up to everyone else.=.
