This is your resident modthing Ara (libellule) bringing you one (1) tiny witch-in-training of Ghibli fame!
That's right, this is Kiki from Kiki's Delivery Service, otherwise known as the adorablest movie ever. Kiki is thirteen, insatiably curious but not always smart about it, with an adventurous spirit! Her starter is a fussy, motherly Misdreavus who'll make sure Kiki doesn't forget to change her undies.
