Hi, Route! This is Redd again bringing in character number three again! This is Isaac McDougal from Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. He's another anime-only character with an unfortunate face and he's arrived in Johto as a trainer!
HE'S HERE TO TAKE DOWN YOUR HORRIBLE GOVERNMENTS AND RIDE GLACIERS THROUGH THE STREETS, BETTER LOOK OUT. Okay, no. He can't use his alchemy here and will have to rely on a derpy Shellder instead. :|
