Training Center Opening - Help Wanted!
All right, guys! I've been putting it off for a while, but tomorrow I'm going to be doing a post for Riku that'll cover the huge egg batch (btw, there's still a lot left) and preparations for the Training Center's grand opening.
However, Riku is still in need of interest-- especially in the form of workers.
Now, I realize that the TC's location in Kanto might be a turn-off. This was done because a) there just isn't enough stuff in Kanto and b) Riku is more interested in Kanto than Johto because he finds all the locations more exciting. To compensate for this, he will be using some of the TC's roster to shuttle people from Saffron to Celadon. It's a short flight after hopping the Magnet Train.
Here are some handy links:
General Training Center Information
This includes an up-to-date listing of services and a current roster. In addition to opening up shop, Riku will also be opening Pokémon Rentals, so even those outside Celadon can have a little assistance. The first batch of members will get a special bonus: a print copy of his Training Guide, complete with illustrations.
Rental prices might be steep, but he might be willing to haggle a little, depending on the trainer.
Rough Floorplan
Keep in mind that this is just a draft, but hopefully it'll give an idea of what's available so far. There is still a lot of room for growth, and if there's enough interest, Riku would like to spruce up the place and add more features beyond just training purposes.
Opening Egg Sale
He also has an IC Contact Post if you wanna work out rentals, job details, etc at any time. :|b There are posters around Goldenrod, Saffron, and Celadon with his contact info.
So, essentially, when it comes to employment, he's looking to hire Pokémon caretakers, customer service folks, trainers to give tips, battle guests and provide the TC with a bigger roster, maintenance(his Pokémon can also help with this), security, and... well, if you can think of anything else, I'm always open to suggestions!

Also Saber might be interested in trying to get some breeding action with Flare.I'll be on the lookout for that post :D

Also, breeding with Flare means... so many ridiculous egg moves, potentially. I checked how many moves he'd pass if he bred with a female charmander/charmeleon/charizard, and it's like... 32 attacks. Yikes!

Wow, that's very nice. I don't know anyone with a female Charizard off the top of my head, but she's got plenty of other lady Pokemon that could breed with him. Just hope RNG favors a baby Charmander ha.

Also, there's a level 90 female Charizard in the Foster Home, I believe! But otherwise, there are still lots of other options. Riku was also thinking of taking a trip to Cinnabar, where they have wild Charmanders and Charmeleons.
