route_006 | SO GUYS ABOUT THAT SLOWPOKE WELL

Hey everyone uh, you might not know this but Cobra Commander hates Azalea Town. He really really hates it. Or more specifically, he hates the Slowpoke Well because instead of recognizing his brilliance and letting him lead Team Rocket ~~over the edge of a cliff~~ right after arriving to Johto, they made him box Slowpoke Tails for two weeks. And he’s still mad about that.

So! Cobra Commander is going to poison the well (and this is mod approved)! So after earning his badge, he’s going to pretend to leave and really be going back and forth between the Center and the Well, letting his poison Pokémon fill the water with sludge, and gunk, and all kinds of other things that would basically create an ecological nightmare.

And then when his masterpiece is finally complete and he’s ready to show everyone…in a cruel twist of fate, history repeats itself, and he’s trapped in the cave by the minievent storms. With nothing but Slowpokes, his Pokémon, and contaminated water to keep him company. Thus making him hate Slowpoke Well even more. :|

So in short, he’s getting the badge, and then going to tell everyone he’s going to attack…somewhere, then set up this amazing plan…and be stuck in a well for a while. Again. Then he’ll finally leave once the weather cleans up and tell everyone about it. And since he only managed to poison the first floor’s water, it can probably be easily cleaned up.

AN EVEN SHORTER VERSION: COBRA THREATENS AN ATTACK AND FAILS AGAIN. THIS IS TOTALLY AN UNEXPECTED TURN OF EVENTS.

I’m not sure if this conflicts with anyone’s plans since the Well doesn’t really seem like a high traffic area, but if it does, let me know so we can hopefully work something out.

He would accept the care package...out of spite. Like I'M GOING TO EAT THESE BUT I'M NOT GOING TO BE HAPPY ABOUT IT and make angry faces :/

And probably use the flashlight to antagonize the Slowpokes because boredom.

He will play but only if Cobra history counts. Like Cobra Columbus. Also Snakespeare. AND HE DOESN'T WANT TO DIE IN A WELL EITHER.

I think I laughed harder than I should at this.

Sasuke is just taking Team Rocket less seriously now thank you.

And that is exactly what Cobra Commander wants Sasuke to think! Or so he will claim once this is all over because he totally isn't a failure who just got himself trapped in a well again.

Please, he's fought scarier snake-based villains than you Cobra. So he's going to be a total jerk and totally brush off anything this guy might do.

It's too bad. Kimblee almost had him tricked into thinking Team Rocket was a legitimate threat. :D Then again it's not like Sas-brat knows what TR (and Cobra) is really capable of.
