SECRET SANTA!




Okay, what's this "Secret Santa" you keep talking about?

People who decide to take part in it will be assigned a Secret Santa recipient, after which they will have two weeks to complete and submit a gift for them! The gifts can be anything you can come up with, be it art, fanfiction, graphics or even DW points/paid time for those who don't feel very confident in their artistic skills. Every participant will list things they'd like to get in the sign-up form, so you can refer to those in case you get stuck, though it's not necessary to follow it. Use your imagination!

How does that work?

It's really simple! If you wish to participate, you need to sign up using this post. The sign-ups will be open until Sunday, December 15th, a week from now, at which point they will be closed and I'll randomly assign everyone a secret santa and PM everyone with their recipient's wishes. From that point on, you'll have until Sunday, December 29th (two weeks) to submit your posts to this post (all comments are screened too keep the santas secret!), OR PM them OR email them to lycoris[at]gazeta.pl. On Wednesday, January 1st I will make a post with all the gifts for people to collect!

I want in! Where do I sign up?

In order to sign up, just comment on this post under this thread with a form below! Remember, by doing so you're acknowledging that you are prepared to give a gift to someone, not necessarily a person you know. After the sign-ups closed and you receive the message with your recipient, you can complete your gift anytime as long as you submit it by the final deadline. I will be sending out reminders on December 22nd and 26th to make sure nobody misses it!

That's a lot of information. Could you repeat the most important things?

Sure! Here's what the schedule looks like:

• December 8th - December 15th: sign-ups open


• December 16th: sign-ups close, recipients assigned


• December 22nd: reminder notes sent


• December 26th: final reminder notes sent


• December 29th: FINAL GIFT SUBMISSION DEADLINE


• January 1st: gifts for everyone!

And here are the rules to keep in mind:

• If you sign up, you MUST be ready to give a gift as well as receive one.


• You MUST complete and submit your gift by the deadline on December 29th.


• Keep your recepients a secret! That's where the fun lies, no? If you wish, you will be able to reveal yourself after the gifts are posted publicly, but not before that.


• Most importantly, remember to have fun!
