Look around. Nobody's in charge here. There's no government, no king, not even an Attorney General. And how is that working out?

See, the thing is, Blake is antsy and facing some self-doubt lately, so he's going to deal with it in a natural, healthy way: by trying to stage a coup.
What this means is he's going to hold a rally in Goldenrod, declare himself dictator, and try to drum up support for his regime. Whether or not this gains any traction depends entirely on public response. It could peter out there, or go farther if he actually gets support.
Blake's Goals: To be recognized as the authority in charge here, starting with getting the populace and the police to answer to him.
Your Goals: Help! Hinder! Run your own campaign against him! Steal his Pokemon while he's distracted! Throw tomatoes! Or just ignore this idiot!
Support him, and be rewarded with a cushy position of authority in the new world order! Oppose him, and be rewarded with the satisfaction of confounding the ambitions of an asshole! Walk past and go about your normal grocery shopping, and be rewarded with groceries! The choice is yours.
