things to keep in mind:
→ This is encouraged, not mandatory. We will not penalize you for not using it.
→ Feel free to link your personal HMDs if you would like, just in case someone doesn't want to use the mass HMD post.
→ this is more for actual critique and discussion. Please don't just blindly praise a person or just call them horrible. If someone's doing a wonderful job, you can tell them, just tell them why, or even where they're showing off bonus perks. If someone's doing a not-so-wonderful job, tell them why, give them things to improve on if you can. Examples, links, things that can give them something to work on. Meaning, no bashing, flaming, or nasty behavior. Please keep it civil.
→ Anonymous is turned on! But note: anonymous is a privilege, not a right. If it's being abused to bash players, please be sure to let one of us know and we'll step in or freeze threads if necessary. If anonymous is abused too much, it will be turned off for the next HMD.
→ Don't take this all too personally! Remember that roleplay is a game, and crit is supposed to help, not make you feel horribly. No one is perfect, we've all got room to improve. Please keep that in mind.

Hey, I understand that you guys are busy, but is there a reason why the last round of apps was unfinished? I noticed several from the 7th that didn't get checked.

Other than that, I just want to thank you guys for all the work you've done to make the setting of Route feel more alive. The presence of NPCs in particular is a wonderful touch.

The applications not processed on the 7th were ones that had been submitted after the cut-off time listed on the application page, therefore they were pushed to the cycle for this coming weekend. Sometimes we're forgiving with the submission time, but not always.

We do appreciate the compliment; thank you so much!! We're trying to find our own niches and what's more fun with you guys, so I'm glad to hear it's working!

I'm curious about when will some of the responses from the feedback post be addressed since it's been over a month now since the post was made. I noticed that some of the suggestions such as the fossil event have been taken into consideration and been implemented. And that's great! But I would like to see a status update on the rest of suggestions put forth, especially the ones about adding additional trainer classes. Even if it's just a simple "No we won't be able to do that." would be nice since it shows that you care about our input.

There's also the ongoing slowness on the mods side of things. It's not a huge deal in the long run but it is embarrassing to see stuff take 2+ weeks or more for responses back from the mods.

I love this game a lot. I really do. But there's always room for improvement.

There is always room for improvement; we understand that quite well. We actually didn't want to start processing through the Feedback post until everyone had gotten a chance to say what they needed, but we've begun looking into it and that's one of our next plans of action outside of the upcoming event. As we said last time we mentioned it, it hasn't been forgotten, it's just a lot to break down and look through and it's been a bit of a challenge for all of us with our oddly disjointed schedules to have a solid day to sit down and discuss everything. But we've been working on it bit by bit and we plan on addressing it and bringing up all of the points mentioned to us within the next two weeks. We haven't wanted to put any definite yes's or no's because we honestly haven't made any set restrictions ourselves. But we plan on going through everything and seeing what works and what doesn't for ourselves and for the games.

As for keeping things updated, we're still working on that. Honestly, I can't come up with any excuses for the majority of us, especially as we could do better but tend to sometimes get distracted or procrastinate. Or, in some cases, RL shows up at the door and kidnaps you for a spontaneous trip somewhere. But overall, we could do better and we know we need to. We're still trying, and we're very sorry for that.
