Hi all,

This won't be new information for anyone on my plurk, but the stress from my job has been ramping up much harder than usual, lately, and burning me out. For those of you unfamiliar with how it operates, I spend every second week out in the middle of nowhere, doing 12 hr shifts in an uncommon timezone with no DW access, so even on quiet weeks I'm hideously slow for half the month. At present I'm spending longer and longer out here as my role expands, and those of you tagging with me would have probably noticed that I've been terribly sporadic.

On top of that, I'm heading overseas for most of April, and after my hiatus through February I just couldn't seem to get momentum back up for Route. I'm really sorry for all those I'm tagging with at present, but you deserve someone who can actually be around and keep up with threads.

tl;dr RL is insanely busy at the moment and I just don't have time to play in a game at present. I've known for a while that dropping would be a wise decision but I just didn't want to leave; I suppose it's time to 'rip off the bandaid', as they say.

I've been in Route since January 2012 and I've loved my time here; I've made some great friends and my characters have had some wonderful CR. I'll miss all of you guys! Here are the rosters for my four characters; I'd prefer that they went to CR only at this point. Pokemon in brackets are those I'd rather keep; just in case I'm able to come back (which definitely isn't out of the question!)

Emmy Altava (except Machi and Abbie; Sparks the Beedrill is to go to Crow Hogan, Ralto the Gallade to Flora Reinhart)
Alex Louis Armstrong (except Ben and Stein; Kreiger the Machamp is to go to Kayneth El-Melloi Archibald)

Page (except Harper and Jane; Mary the Ursaring is to go to Carmen Sandiego)

I'm sure we'll play together again some time, guys; you might see me around memes, and I'm always up for museboxing! For now, however - take care!

I've gotta admit that Dr. Kato made Ren's life as a Rocket quite interesting. It was fun to interact with him, since they did and didn't get along and it amused me quite a bit; I was smiling at their threads quite often. So thank you for all the threads.

Needless to say that I will miss tagging him. I will also miss seeing Armstrong around. He was really amazing and fun to watch.

I’m really going to miss having Cobra interact with Kato and seeing all of your characters around. Best of luck with your work situation, and I hope you’re able to come back someday!

Also, could Cobra get Helia and Barb from Kato? I promise he’ll put them to good use doing…well something I’m sure that won’t involve horrible misuse of Explosion and Selfdestruct.

It was so much fun playing with you; Kato and Dist being silly scientists together was one of my favorite things. No doubt Dist will miss him sorely, and he'll take good care of Newton.

I'm glad Armstrong and Mayu got to thread once before you had to go man. I hope everything works out for you.

I don't really know the status on Seldi at the moment but would it be alright if Mayu receives her?

Dist and Kato being the prettiest princesses in TR was always utterly fantastic; I will miss that sfm. But either way, we must keep playing together, Seto!!

While I do hate to mimic someone else, I must say that I'm very happy I was able to thread with your wonderful Armstrong at least once. Even before I joined the game I used to read his threads and believe me when I say they were all pretty great.

Aw, ty bb! It makes me really happy to hear you enjoyed him; he was really fun to play! If Jeane would like to take one of his Pokemon on, I'd recommend Berli the Lucario; he's a foul-mouthed thing but he lives for fighting and would be rather loyal.

Yes of course, Kattu! We're still linked on Plurk, after all :> when it comes to Saber, I think Tena the Scizor would be good for her - she was basically Armstrong's insanely loyal bodyguard, so she'd probably work well for the King of Knights over there!
