I'll say to handwave anything with Apollo, just because it'll end up being a lot of [insert the actual details that the mun doesn't know much about here] and isn't likely to be anything radical CR-building-wise.

Of course if you want to play it out we can, but it seems fairly safe to handwave, imo.
