things to keep in mind:
→ This is encouraged, not mandatory. We will not penalize you for not using it.
→ Feel free to link your personal HMDs if you would like, just in case someone doesn't want to use the mass HMD post.
→ this is more for actual critique and discussion. Please don't just blindly praise a person or just call them horrible. If someone's doing a wonderful job, you can tell them, just tell them why, or even where they're showing off bonus perks. If someone's doing a not-so-wonderful job, tell them why, give them things to improve on if you can. Examples, links, things that can give them something to work on. Meaning, no bashing, flaming, or nasty behavior. Please keep it civil.
→ Anonymous is turned on! But note: anonymous is a privilege, not a right. If it's being abused to bash players, please be sure to let one of us know and we'll step in or freeze threads if necessary. If anonymous is abused too much, it will be turned off for the next HMD.
→ Don't take this all too personally! Remember that roleplay is a game, and crit is supposed to help, not make you feel horribly. No one is perfect, we've all got room to improve. Please keep that in mind.

Admittedly, I'm especially worried about Bobbery - part of me went from cheering about how much fun he'll come to be to have in Route to breathing into a paper bag over dear lord am I doing it okay enough first on starting.

I also apologize for my irregular activity and the threads I've fallen behind on the past week and thank the people who've tolerated my backtagging so well. I'll do what I can to pick up the slack and regain my footing with things as soon as I can.

I also have had quite a lot of threads going on with Riku lately, so if I've accidentally dropped something you wish to continue, just let me know and I'll see what I can do; my inbox gets pretty cluttered between my whole RP roster, after all.

i think you're too isolated with your rp partners. it's fine to enjoy playing with certain people, and to develop strong cr with all of your characters and vice-versa but it's very hard to plot with you or to build strong cr. you often drop most of my threads and several other peoples so you can continue to backtag your best friends and their characters. also, i've noticed that you tend to neglect thinking about certain cr reactions (castmates, closer CR, etc.) when you plot things out with these characters, even if they directly affect these people. these things, as both a former and potential cast mate, made it difficult to maintain playing my character and look like i knew what i was doing. no one would stop you from enacting x or y plot but sometimes a little forewarning would be nice, you know?

you're great when it comes to remaining ic, and no one could probably say otherwise but oocly, i've found you to be unapproachable and rather cliquish and that, along with other factors, resulted in the decision to drop my character. i thought at first it was just me but i discussed this with other people who came to agree upon the same thing. i just wish to see your characters more involved beyond a few muns because you're a very skilled player and writer.
