Help Wanted - Celadon Training Center!
So, I posted about this a while back, but the Training Center's been open for a little while, and Riku's hoping to hire some new staff for the holiday season. Thus far his staff has been limited to misc NPCs (mod-approved) and whatever friends he's got with him at the time. However, the TC is a big building with a lot of Pokémon. The more workers on hand, the better!
So, what is this Training Center? It's basically a spot for trainers to work with their teams against highly skilled Pokémon to get real battle experience, fitness, and more exp than they would against wild Pokémon, due to the employed Pokémon being at very high levels. For more information on the services, check here! I've recently adjusted some prices so they're a little less steep.
You can also find a basic floor plan here. As you can see, there are a lot of areas designated as residential zones, so if any potential staff member needs a place to stay, the TC's happy to cover them.
Riku is looking for people to fill the following jobs...
Pokémon Caretakers: People to check in on the Pokémon and ensure they're fed, healthy, and attended to each day. Given the size of the TC and the number of Pokémon living there, he'd probably assign specific staff to specific zones.
Most of the Pokémon are well-behaved and can train on their own with one another, so caretakers are only required to ensure that they're healthy, happy, and safe.
Maintenance: People to keep the TC in tip-top shape. Because it's such a large building, Riku doesn't plan on hiring one person for the job and will happily sort people into groups based on different floors and rooms.
Battlers: Look, you can get paid for battling! Basically, Riku's looking for trainers to battle with customers or to volunteer Pokémon to work at the TC. Both, if they'd like.
Cooks: People to help supply food for the Pokémon and people staying on-site.
Paperwork/Customer Service/etc: Self-explanatory. Anyone who fills this position will have assistance from Riku's Psychic types.
Marketing: People to help come up with creative advertising!
Taking a page outta the BC's book, pay for each job is tentatively around 650 - 750P an hour. For people who need help getting to Kanto, Riku'd be happy to set up shuttles in the form of various flying types that could scoop 'em up from Saffron.
